About the role
You will work closely with the team of People and Culture Business and Senior Business partners to support people activities across your portfolio of internal client groups.
A main part of this role will involve HR case management, responding to escalated and complex people queries and issues as well as coaching and guiding managers, supporting them in employee inductions, termination of departing employees, including redundancies.
The Assignment
- Immediate start until 31 DEC 2024
- Hourly rate from $67-$75/hr + super
- Geelong office - 3 days office, 2 days WFH
What you will have
- Experience working as a HR generalist, advisor or business partner
- HR tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience
- Ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders
Please note the successful candidate must be willing to have or be willing to obtain an Australian police check
