The Client

  • Sydney Olympic park Location (Parking Onsite if successful)
  • 6 Month contract with possible extension

We are Looking for an experienced People & Culture Leader to join one of Australia’s largest FMCG companies. We need someone who can think outside the box and can challenge the current norms and procedures in place. You must be a go getter, and someone who is very approachable and solutions orientated. Someone who has change management and continuous improvement at the top of their lists, will do very well in this role.

The Role

  • With input from the Director and Leadership team and in partnership with P&C COE stakeholders and functional P&C Director / Functional Leader, agree, develop and deliver the P&C Plan for function (Culture, Engagement, Capability, Safety, Talent)
  • Act as a trusted business partner and coach to the Director and Leadership Team members on leadership style, culture, engagement, P&C policy and practice
  • Contribute to strategic planning, ensuring alignment of the ES Strategy to broader direction including Functional, Lion and P&C strategic priorities, engagement drivers/results, cultural plans
  • Deliver the BU P&C Plan
  • Work with leaders to develop and embed effective people structures that align resources to the ES strategy
  • Be the P&C lead for any change projects for the site / team including developing communication & change plans
  • Work with P&C Coaches to deliver core People Processes to site / team
  • Facilitate capability programmes as required, coaching Leaders, support leadership programme delivery


  • Degree in HR, business or related tertiary qualification
  • Accreditation in a personal/organisational development tool such as the TLC, LSI
  • Change management frameworks / methodologies
  • Strong business acumen

To be considered for this role you will need to have the following capabilities;

  • Over 8 years experience in HR roles (generalist, OD, L&D or other),
  • Coaching senior leaders in TLC, or other 360 feedback tool and behaviours
  • Facilitation of teamwork/change or equivalent interventions
  • Business partnering leaders
  • Leading change projects
  • Industrial relations
