I am seeking a skilled Pediatric Speech Pathologist to join our client’s team in Melbourne. In this role, you will work with children and their families to assess, diagnose, and provide speech therapy to address a wide range of communication and language challenges. About your new role:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in pediatric clients.
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans tailored to each child's specific needs and goals.
- Administer therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and age-appropriate activities.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide guidance and support for at-home exercises and strategies.
- Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans as necessary, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic care.
- Provide education and support to children and their families.
About you:
- Applications from both experienced speech pathologists and recent graduates accepted
- Tertiary Qualification in Speech Pathology
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia
