    Position Summary

    The P&C Analyst oversees the outsourced payroll as well as being the dedicated expert on all people related metrics and analytical insights for the broader HR team and the business in general. The local arm of this global company is anticipating a high degree of growth and is looking for this position to drive the workforce decisions through an insightful HR Analytics position.

    Sitting within the growing industry of renewable energy this is an important, value add role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer the Monthly outsourced payroll process and associated payroll reporting
    • People Analytics across various HR metrics and insights - being very comfortable with Excel is important
    • P&C Data Models and Sources
    • P&C Reporting
    • Some HR Generalist activities associated with a smaller HR team around on-boarding and off-boarding

    Key Requirements

    • 2-3 Years in Payroll & 2 years in People analytics or a mix of both
    • Excellent Excel skills
    • Ability to work independently within a tight knit team
