Full-time permanent Payroll Specialist opportunity for a large global organisation based in Rydalmere.
You will report into an experienced Payroll Manager and support another payroll specialists within the team. You will process pay for 700+ Australian staff fortnightly using PayGlobal and other systems including SAP & Kronos.

Previous experience using the Payglobal system is highly desired.
This is a full-time payroll position based in Rydalmere. Parking is available and the office can also be accessed via public transport.
The salary offering is in between $100,000- $110,000 + super.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end payroll for approximately 700 employees on a fortnightly basis
- Preparing PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation and other third party payments
- Workers Compensation processing and reconciliation
- Process and management of leave reconciliation
- Assisting with onboarding of new starters
- Ensuring compliance with award and non award conditions
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in and end to end payroll position
- Knowledge of the PayGlobal payroll system is highly desirable
- High degree of accuracy and customer service
- Understanding of awards, legislation's and processes
- Strong attention to detail and time keeping skills.
