job description

This is an opportunity to take part in the success of an internationally recognised organisation that operates within the manufacturing/FMCG industry. Due to an additional workload, their payroll team require an experienced payroll officer with Chris 21 and Kronos experience to join their team till February 2020.

Key duties:

  • Working along-side the payroll team to process weekly and monthly payroll according to industry-relevant awards/EBAs
  • Set up new starters on the payroll system
  • Processing employee terminations
  • Maintain employee details, pay records and other information using Chris 21 and Kronos
  • Month end reporting and reconciliation
  • Attend to payroll queries via phone or email

Experience & competencies required:

  • More than 3 years' payroll experience
  • Recent Chris 21 AND Kronos experience
  • Ability to interpret awards and EBAs
  • Previous experience with Excel (basic to intermediate)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (essential)
