This large and highly regarded organisation located in Sydney CBD prides itself on having a positive work place and is currently looking for a passionate Payroll Officer to join the team.

Reporting to an experienced Payroll Manager and working in a team of 4 key duties will involve:

  • End to End processing of a fortnightly payroll including processing of time sheets
  • Leave calculations including parental, maternity, long service and annual leave etc
  • Process of payroll administration including compliance with statutory requirements
  • Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
  • Proving accurate information in response to employee queries
  • Assisting with month end reports and reconciliation

To be considered for this payroll opportunity you must have:

  • A proven track record in the area of payroll processing
  • Highly self-motivated with enthusiastic approach
  • Ability to follow process and systems
  • Experience using payroll systems (Micropay, Chris21, Preceda and/or SAP)
  • Ability to work in a semi-structured and customer focused environment

The successful applicant will be a dynamic and motivated person with strong payroll experience ideally in a team environment. Additionally, you will have exceptional communication skills, enjoy working in a team and be motivated to join a leading organisation with a strong positive culture.
