    Are you looking for your new Payroll Officer challenge? This is a great 12 month fixed term contract opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to work for a large global services organisation that is going through a period of change and growth. You will be working within a collaborative payroll team of 6 people who share the responsibility of processing weekly & monthly payroll for 1,600 + employees and carrying out payroll & HRIS systems upgrades. The payroll and T&A systems used are ADP Global View and Kronos, although this system experience is not required. You will be supported by an established and knowledgeable Payroll Manager and be provided with a detailed handover and training by the Senior Payroll Officers within the team on all related payroll processes. If you are immediately available or working to a short notice period, you are highly encouraged to reply to this role!
    • 12 month fixed term contract opportunity.
    • Rydalmere location close to public transport and on-site parking is provided.
    • Hybrid working model offered from office and home.
    • Competitive market salary offering between $80,000 - $85,000 + super (depending on experience).
    • Opportunity to learn new payroll systems including ADP & Kronos.
    What is involved with this 12 month FTC Payroll Officer opportunity:
    • End to end payroll processing of 1,600 employees on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Interpret and accurately work to several awards and EBA's to ensure accurate employee payments
    • Maintain the ADP Global View & Kronos systems
    • Have the opportunity to assist with payroll projects and system implementations/ upgrades
