This organisation is an ASX Top 100 company with a strong track record of growth. With Head Office in Melbourne, based in new offices in the heart of the CBD, they offer a supportive and positive working environment. They are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to manage a payroll of 500+ within their existing team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Timely and accurate processing of employees pay through the verification of information submitted via a t/a system
  • Ensuring new starters are set up correctly in the system under the correct Awards or EBAs
  • Calculation of overtime and holiday payments plus any other entitlements
  • Correct application of any deductions

You will be joining a busy team so will be confident in working in an fast paced environment. You will have confident communication skills to deal with queries from internal stakeholders and employees. No specific software experience is needed as training on this ERP system will be provided. However, you will need to demonstrate experience of working in a payroll environment within an large organisation and be familiar with ESS and ERP systems.
