Are you interested in working for one of the most innovative and forward thinking organisations in their sector?

If so then our client is looking to hear from you.

We are currently recruiting for a payroll officer to work within a supportive and friendly team to help deliver a payroll for 1,500 staff under 4 EBAs and 1 award.

You'll be responsible for:

- Ensuring the employee master data in relation to banking information and TFN information is validated from exceptions that come through the ESS.

- Interpreting the EBAs in relation to specific timesheets for particular groups of staff who are paid fortnightly.

- Working with the HR and Finance team to ensure that the payroll is processed in an accurate and timely manner.

- Uploading EFT files to the bank for sign off and creating pay runs.

- Answering employee queries.

- EOM reporting.

- Paying super through the intermediary and ensuring terminations are processed and calculated correctly.

You'll be an experienced payroll officer with an understanding of different payroll systems.
