This Australian organisation and a true leader in their field is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their dedicated and close knit team. With strong focus on innovation and providing solutions to their customers they remain ahead of the competition.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing a large payroll on a weekly basis
  • Calculating PAYG, super and leave entitlements
  • Responding to and resolving payroll queries
  • Payroll reconciliation and month end reporting
  • Interpreting Awards and EBAs
  • Calculate and process termination payments
  • Maintain and ensure candidate files and details are accurate

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

  • A proven track record in the area of payroll processing and experience
  • Ability to work autonomously in a full function capacity
  • Understanding of Microsoft packages
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
