Randstad is pleased to be partnering with our client who are an established business operating within the Construction industry. Due to project work they are seeking a Payroll Officer to join their team on a part-time, casual basis until Christmas with the potential to extend.

About the role:
Reporting into the CFO you will be responsible for payroll processing on a weekly basis. Your duties will include:
- Updating and maintaining of employee records
- New starter onboarding and employee file maintenance
- Processing terminations, redundancies and leave
- Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
- Award interpretation
- Assisting with payroll audits
- Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
About you:
You are an experienced Payroll Officer with a high level of attention to detail. In addition, you have:
- 3+ years of experience in payroll
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using a large system in a medium - high volume environment
- Full and unlimited Australian working rights
