Your new role
Due to growth in the company we have a Full Time position available for an experience Payroll Officer. You would report to the Payroll Supervisor in a payroll team of around 8. Your duties include but are not limited to

  • Weekly Payroll Processing across a number of sites and states
  • Ensure employee payroll queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Provide support to managers, supervisors and administrators on payroll related matters
  • Maintain a high customer service focus

Your skills and experience

  • Knowledge of statutory payroll requirements
  • Experience using large Payroll systems, Preceda & Kronos preferred, but not necessary
  • Proven ability to interpret industrial instruments
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various levels within an organisation
  • Experience in a multi-site and multi agreement payroll environment
  • Attention to detail
