An exciting opportunity is now available for a skillful payroll officer who is ready to take-charge and hit the ground running with a strong background in payroll using Chris21.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- End-to-end fortnightly payroll

- Involved with HR activities such as drafting bi-monthly HR metric reports, WHS and HR Compliance across the organisation

- Working closely with the Financial controller, to deliver accurate data for forecasting

- Contributing to annual performance reviews

- Demonstrate in developing and maintaining strong client relationships

- Actively exercising advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Selection Criteria:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and use is mandatory

- Prior use and knowledge of Chris21/ichris payroll system will be highly desirable, if not, any other major ERP system

- Previous experience with end to end payroll

- Previous exposure to HR admin/generalist will be helpful but not mandatory, candidates need to be willing to learn

- Hit the ground running attitude
