About the role:

Reporting directly into the Chief Financial Officer the Payroll Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day payroll operations along with the leadership of the payroll team. Your key duties will include:

• Supervise and mentor team members
• Responsible for leading the day-to-day work activities for the team
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports as required
• Implement and maintain internal controls related to processes
• Conduct periodic audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance

About you:

• 10+ of experience in payroll along with solid and demonstrated experience in managing a team
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and highly developed leadership skills
• Experience using large softwares
• Adaptability during periods of organisational change
• Full and unlimited Australian working rights
