** Permanent Position **

** Run New Zealand Payroll **

The Opportunity is:

  • Assist with end to end payroll processes and systems – New Zealand Payroll Management
  • Maintaining the Payroll Scheduling database including Public Holiday Entitlements, terminations, redundancies & bulk back pays, Reconciliations and publishing Payroll Reports
  • Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety and welfare of my clients staff
  • Provided (where required) any assistance to the National Payroll Manager to archive the departments operational and strategic goals
  • Carry out any other reasonable and lawful directions that may be given from time to time by the company
  • Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety and welfare of our people

About you -
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a large and complex payroll environment
  • Prior working experience with large ERP Systems
  • Tax and payroll legislative knowledge of New Zealand is a must
  • Clear and exceptional communication for both written and verbal skills and ability to work employee people at all levels
  • Excellent analytical skills along with strong Excel skills
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Sound initiatives skills to identify and resolve issues
