This position is based in the Melbourne CBD in close proximity to public transport. The right candidate will work with a variety of stakeholders within the company and deliver proactive solutions that incorporate the many stakeholders of the business. ... About the position
In the position of Payroll Case Partner, your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and enhance processes around Personal Leave reimbursement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant agreements and statutory obligations.
- Conduct research and investigations to identify areas for process improvement.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing personal leave processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in managing and resolving personal leave queries.
- Maintain accurate records to support reporting and compliance.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated within your area of expertise and responsibility.
