The Payments Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the administration and daily operations of our clients' global payment gateways and offices. This role is critical for ensuring seamless transaction settlements, accurate reconciliations, and efficient management of Payment Service Providers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between management, clients and payment gateways.
- Process client transactions, including funding and withdrawals, with precision.
- Verify, calculate, and post accounts receivable data on a daily basis.
- Generate and support month-end financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile monthly transaction fees and maintain accurate financial records.
- Investigate and promptly resolve any reconciliation discrepancies.
- Complete and test applications for new Payment Gateways, ensuring seamless integration.
- Monitor daily balances to ensure strict regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with finance teams across different locations for timely reconciliations.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on process documentation.
- Report any errors, risk events, or non-compliance issues to management immediately.
About You:
- Experience in a busy broker environment, where processes may be fluid and evolving.
- Exposure to settlements and reconciliation processes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Proactive, accountable, and reliable, with a strong aptitude for learning quickly.
- Fluent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Qualifications in Finance or Business are advantageous but not required.
