Parts Interpreter

  • Join a highly successful, fun team - work for a well known global organisation
  • Fulltime Permanent Role offering $65k-75k + Super| Immediate Start
  • Located in Blacktown | parking on site

Your new company:

This is an exciting opportunity for a spare parts coordinator to join a well known company near Blacktown. Your new role is to drive internal sales and provide customer support through product identification, interpretation, advice on product, availability and pricing, and to ensure efficient processing and supply of customer orders .Your new company will offer training, opportunities and the support you need to build a successful career. Your responsibilities include:

  • Planning the parts\ requirements and or contract services needed for service jobs.
  • Generate quotes for standardized maintenance jobs, liaise with technicians
  • Requirements for technical documents & local purchased parts
  • Proactive Sales and Account Management
  • Responsible for prompt and effective product identification and interpretation and processing for customer sales enquiries, orders and invoicing.
  • Customer order status enquiries.
  • Provide Product Sales Team Leader with feedback of any parts which may require short term intervention to ensure stock available to meet potential demands.
  • Assist with Tender preparation as required
  • Coordination Stock conversions as required
  • Basic product application management

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Acceptable level of Technical product knowledge and experience with parts interpreting.
  • Knowledge with part related to automotive, marine, bus, trucks, earth moving equipment etc.
  • Product identification and Interpreting skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Power Point and Outlook
  • Familiarisation with Navision system
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
