Your new role

As a key member of the Australian Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving adoption and active use of our key partner solutions, directly with micro small business prospects and customers.

This is an end-to-end marketing role across all customer touch-points, from creating top-of-funnel awareness to enabling attach with our existing customer base. You’ll work closely with the Partnerships team and marketing channel owners to execute on your plan.

Key Duties:

  • Be the Marketing point of contact for the partnerships team and represent marketing in partnership GTM processes. Therefore, as a strong communicator, you’ll be required to act as the conduit between Partnerships and Marketing teams and to be able to clearly articulate and drive the partner marketing plan for audiences at all levels.
  • Build an understanding of the FY21 AU strategic partnership priorities and associated revenue contributions to the AU SMB goals.
  • Work with the Partnerships team to create, drive and execute on an end-to-end marketing plan which supports known priority KPIs, aligned to in-year revenue targets.
  • Own key partner marketing messaging, value proposition and customer journey, ensuring these are optimised across all customer touch points and assets.
  • Develop and execute a digital acquisition marketing plan to deliver sales and revenue targets for key partner solutions, working closely with Acquisition Marketing team (includes Paid Media, Web, SEO, Sales Tools etc)
  • Develop and execute a targeted customer marketing plan to deliver active use and revenue targets for key partner solutions, working closely with the Customer Marketing team (includes Email, In-Product, SMS, Calls, Video etc)
  • Build analysis and reporting of program performance, including building material and presenting to internal and partner audiences.

Your skills and experience

  • 5 Years marketing experience (proven track record of owning and executing on an end-to end marketing plan).
  • Preferably a good understanding of both digital marketing and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Preferably a strong understanding of SAAS solutions, business models and consumer buying behaviour.
  • You understand the SMB market and what challenges and passions SMBs face every day.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment.
  • Customer-focused - tenacious about understanding customer behaviours, and passionate about delighting customers at every touch point they have with Intuit.
