A large FMCG company is seeking a part time Receptionist to join their close knit team in Chatswood. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is seeking flexibility, returning to work or has other part-time obligations. The rostered days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8AM - 2PM and Thursday 8AM - 5:30PM.

The overall responsibility of the part time Receptionist is:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting visitors on arrival
  • Ordering stationary supplies
  • Receiving and sorting mail
  • Organising expenses
  • Ordering catering for staff meetings
  • General administration as required

Skills Required

This role requires a high level of communication, customer service and attention to detail skills.

In addition, you will have:

  • At least 1-2 years experience in Reception
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Ability to work in a team / autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
