About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced part-time inbound Customer Service Officer to join an highly established NSW Government organisation in Parramatta

Duties:

  • Respond promptly to enquiries from customers both internal and external on a wide range of matters
  • Provide a range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of the team
  • Provide empathetic and friendly customer service
  • Undertake a range of administrative support services, including word processing or data entry
  • Providing customer service in a high volume working environment

The successful candidate will need to have the following attributes:

  • 1-2 years in a inbound customer service environment
  • Previous customer service & reception experience, in a NSW Government organization ideal
  • High attention to detail & accuracy
  • High level customer service skills and empathy
  • Strong Administration skills with intermediate to advanced level understanding of MS Office.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team as well as independantly
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
