As the Paid Social & Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our efforts in paid social media and affiliate marketing, playing a vital role in shaping our online presence and optimising marketing performance. Paid Social Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Manage and optimise campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked-In, and Twitter.
- Conduct thorough audience analysis for precise targeting.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce on-brand ad creatives.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs for data-driven optimisation's.
Affiliate Manager Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Implement strategies for recruiting new affiliates and optimising existing partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate marketing with broader initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and changes in the affiliate marketing landscape.
- Proven experience in paid social media management and affiliate marketing.
- Familiarity with financial services industry regulations and best practices is a plus.
- Strong analytic skills for data interpretation and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for successful affiliate relationships.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 + Super, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate.
