Our client makes extensive use of project and programs to deliver new capability, and is looking to automate related processes by exploring options for a P3M solution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and maintain business analysis products, including; process definition and modelling, business requirements, use cases with stakeholders, data mapping and other products as required;
  • Manage the production of required products, including quality reviews, and acceptance handover to the business owner;
  • Effectively engage relevant stakeholders to ensure the business requirements are accurately captured and agreed, and that stakeholders are fully informed;
  • Liaise with any external suppliers or account managers associated with outcomes; and
  • Identify issues and escalate for review and corrective action where necessary.

Required skills and experience

  • 3‐5 years of demonstrated Business Analyst experience.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and documenting requirements.
  • Understanding of Business Analysis techniques and testing processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to thoroughly analyse business processes and workflows.
  • Strong skills in business process reengineering, process mapping and requirements elicitation.
  • Strong skills in technical writing and documenting guidelines and operational procedures.
  • P3M design skills and previous experience implementing P3M solutions would be highly regarded.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups.
  • Strong business client engagement skills.
  • Experience in using standard notations such as BPMN and UML.
