Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to introduce products/services.
- Identify and qualify leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Present and demonstrate products/services, emphasizing their value and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to foster long-term business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
