Full Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain valuable experience within a leading financial services company located in the heart of Adelaide. We are currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated candidates to join a collaborative, fun and successful team on a full time basis.

This is a great role to gain strong experience dealing with a variety of customers. With previous customer service experience and an interest in Financial Services, this will be a great chance for you to really drive your career and expand your skill set. Using your empathy, negotiation and of course customer service skills you will be able to help customers through a difficult time.

Our client is seeking four committed, enthusiastic and resilient individuals to join on a full time roster for 40 hours per week:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

With one late shift per week 11am - 7pm


Key Responsibilities

  • Performing end to end management of accounts
  • High volume of outbound calls
  • Updating clients information
  • Negotiate debt repayment solutions based on accurate assessments of clients’ financial situations.
  • Follow up on current and broken payment arrangements
  • Achieving team KPIs as well as personal targets
  • Ensure you are providing exceptional customer service at all times whilst resolving disputes and handling objections

Skills & Experience

  • Call centre, retail or customer service experience highly desirable
  • Will need to demonstrate willingness to learn and high motivation
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • The desire to work within a fast pace environment
  • A want for a long term career in Financial Services
