Are you an experienced outbound call centre operator?

Your new role?

Working in a scripted enviroment with exceptional training and support

Managing difficult callers through exceptional customer service and resilience

Data entry & data base management

Acheiving outcomes through a strong customer focus and attention to detail

Adhering to Government policies and follow supervisor instructions
