Team Manager

Regional Position available for one of Australia’s leading after school providers. In this role you will be looking after different OSHC services, therefore you must be experienced and confident in this role. The role

In this role you will need to be a natural leader to drive the performance of the organisations centres within the OSHC network throughout Sydney. You will be reporting to the State Manager and responsibilities will include managing success and growth across the services in your region. Through managing and developing coordinators under your management you will help them to build relationships within their community.

You will be helping to implement quality practices within Before and After School Care which assists in Coordinators being able to exceed and offer the best service possible. You will recruit and select all senior regional operational staff and conduct regular operations meetings.

Inspiring others must be something you are truly passionate about as in this role you will be bringing out the best in educators to perform to the best of their ability and achieve their suitable targets.

You will be helping to implement operational plans annually with centres and respond to the industry requirements.

  • Experience managing teams
  • Ability to achieve results
  • Recognise the foundation of relationships as key to success
  • Several years of leadership experience in the child care sector
  • Great time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to achieve business outcomes
  • Experience managing multi site teams
  • Exceptional people management skills
  • Desire to continuously improve
  • Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
  • Drivers License
