Our client is looking for experienced OSH Director to join their team of exceptional staff. If you enjoy working with school aged children and would like to make a difference in their life then this is the role for you. This is a 12 month maternity cover contract.

Previous OOSH experience is desirable and you must have at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or School Aged Care

You will need to be enthusiastic, passionate and committed to providing high quality education for school age children. The ability to implement a fantastic learning program is vital to be successful in this OOSH role.

Key areas for this role:

Maintain the delivery of quality before and afters school care programs for Primary School aged
children, in a healthy and clean environment supporting the wellbeing of its students and staff.
• Compliance followed with all regulatory and legislative obligations and industry standards for
early childhood services (NQF).
• Assist in the OOSH service outcomes for its families, staff and school community,
reflecting the centres philosophy, values, vision and OOSH Frame work My Time, Our Place the
frame work for school aged care in Australia.
• Ensure that all information is kept confidential, unless otherwise advised.
• Ensure that all Occupational Health and Safety requirements for the company are met.
• Represent the company in a positive manner expounding the values, ethics and pride at all times.
• Complete to the best of your ability any additional tasks within reason as provided by your
immediate manager or their delegate

To be successful you MUST have

  • Current NSW WWCC
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
  • Completed Child protection
  • Experience leading a team
