Randstad Education are seeking a highly motivated and professional OSHC Centre Director to join the team for a beautiful 40 place Befre and After School Care centre located in the Belconnen Area.

A well established Not for Profit centre that caters to children from preschool to year six and offers them a taste of big school through indoor and outdoor activities of their choice in a large green space.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated leader in the Early Childhood Industry with previous experience in a similar role.

You will be required to lead an experienced team in reaching the highest quality care and education for all children and families and will also have a strong drive to excel in all areas of the NQF and MTOP frameworks, being able to use this knowledge to develop, design and implement educational programs.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Working with Vulnerable Peoples Check
  • Relevant Experience

Preferred Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience as a Director or Assistant Director in an OSHC centre or long day care
  • Excellent understanding of compliance and regulations in out of school care
  • Knowledge of NQF and MTOP
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated initiative and being able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in leading and developing a team of educators
