This is a permanent, full-time position with some flexibility for remote work between service opening periods. You'll begin with a comprehensive 5-week induction program designed to ensure your success, backed by excellent support from both a Mentor and a Regional Manager.

- Manage service compliance
- Service operating times are: Before School Care 0600-0840, After School Care 1340-1830 and Vacation Care 0600-1800
- Full time 38 hour per week position - You will have 8 hours of admin time per week
To be successful for this role you will have:
- 1-2 Years experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong emotional intelligence and be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders within the service
- Be a problem solver
- Strong leadership skills and be able to motivate your team
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Genuine interest in enriching and creating experiences for Primary Aged Children
- Diploma or higher ACECQA approved qualification
- Paid Blue Card
