Their key difference as an oshc provider is their industry leading ratios; offering staff to student ratios of 1:10, lower than the industry standard of 1:15 to create a safer environment for children. ProgramsThe outside school hours care programs generally operates Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. They are designed to be fun, adventurous and child led to provide enriching experiences for children. This service operates specialist programs centered around art, cooking, sport, homework and STEM. About the service The before and after school care service is licenced for 150 children and located at a primary school in Gungahlin. It received an exceeding rating from ACEQUA and is considered a leading provider of outside school hours care in Canberra. About the positionAs OSHC Director of Service, you will be expected to lead an outside school hours care program with the support of a Program Manager, Co Director of Service and 2 Assistant Directors.
