Our client is looking for an OSHC Coordinator to join their team of exceptional staff on a permanent basis at their Atwell service. If you enjoy working with school aged children and would like to make a difference in their life then this is the role for you.

You must have previous experience and be comfortable with a busy, fast paced environment. Working with a fantastic organisation providing high quality education and a great organisational culture.

You will need to be enthusiastic, passionate and committed to providing high quality education for school age children. The ability to implement a fantastic learning program is vital to be successful in this OOSH role.

Previous OOSH experience or a Bachelors in Early Childhood is desirable and to have a Certified Supervisor Certificate and a Diploma or Cert 4 is essential. You must be able to implement and maintain a program, manage QIP and staff mentoring as well as a safe and healthy environment for all.

As an OSHClub Coordinator you will be responsible for:

Developing and managing programs for children aged 5 - 12 years in Before School Care and After School Care and Vacation Care
Overseeing staff rostering, staff engagement and training.
Implementing healthy eating plans.
Overseeing the safety of all children attending care.
Administration for the program
Building relationships with children, their families and school executive and staff
Hours (Monday through to Friday):

Before School Care, 0645am-9am
After school Care, 0215pm-615pm
To be successful you MUST have

Certified Supervisor Certificate and a Diploma or Cert 4
Current WA WWCC
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
Completed Child protection
