Randstad Education is seeking a permanent full-time OSHC Coordinator to direct an Out of School Hours Care program located in Stromlo, Canberra.

About the organisation

The organisation is a not for profit which has provided community based services for over 50 years. Their vision is to build and nurture a vibrant and connected community, working closely with the community. They provide services covering a cross-section of the community from children, families, young people and seniors including disability, housing, refugee and mental health services.

About the program

The Out of School Hours Care program includes 44 children, who range from preschool age to 12 years. The service is undergoing significant growth and is expected to double in enrollments by 2022.

The educational program is inspired by play based and creative learning with large indoor and outdoor learning spaces along with a focus in areas such as language, arts and music.

What are the requirements?

To be considered for this permanent full-time opportunity, you require the following:


- A year minimum in a director, assistant director or coordinator position

- Experience managing a service with up to 100 children

Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma in Early Childhood

- Full-time availability

- Working with Vulnerable People Card
