We have recently partnered with a fantastic 90 place Parent and Committee service located in the Annerley area. This centre has a wonderful relationship with their P&C and also has a great business manager for support.

This is a fulltime position, offering 34-38 hours a week. This is the perfect position for someone looking to put their ‘own stamp’ on a service and who has the passion to drive and develop a team, it would also suit someone who loves to make change and see their ideas grow.

What you will bring to the role:

  • A minimum of Diploma level education and care qualification
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience working as a coordinator within a education and care service, a children's service or a school or in a service regulated under a former education and care services law
  • Valid First Aid, Blue Card and CPR
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team of Educators
  • Experience with Quikkids/My Time, Our Place or equivalent
  • Experience with Assessment and Rating
  • Ability to implement new policy and procedures
