Dynamic, fast pace organization

Permanent role, Macquarie Park, Circa 150-170k Package (FTE)

A rare opportunity for a Organisational Development Manager to join this well known and reputable organization on a permanent part time basis.

Reporting through to the Head of Talent, this role will play a pivotal part of supporting the business to get the most our of its people. You will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of organizational development activities in particular culture and engagement and diversity and inclusion.

As Organisational Development Manager, your role will be key to driving a culture of high performance and contributing to the development of strategies and programs to increase leadership capability across the business.

Most critically, we are searching for an Organisational Development Manager who is passionate about contributing to the bettering of an organisations overall cultural offering and identity.

  • Degree qualification (HR or Business related) highly desirable
  • Experience operating in a HR consulting role, in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience applying fundamental HR philosophies, tools and techniques
  • Attention to detail, with strong experience in change & project management across an organisation
  • Ability to influence, motivate and mentor line management
  • Ability to quickly grasp the bigger picture
  • Ability to exert professional and personal credibility within the organisation
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Flexible attitude and style
  • Operational focus with a pragmatic approach
  • Sound decision making skills
  • Strong team player who is inclusive by nature
