An outstanding opportunity has presented itself to join our client located in the CBD as a Organisational Design/Senior Workforce Analyst in this 6 month contract position. Working within the Transport sector, you will lead a key project covering workplace strategies and implementation of a flexible workforce. You will provide advice on strategies, policies and agile ways of working concepts to be considered for implementation.
They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Organisational Design/Senior Workforce Analyst to partner closely with the Executive through to completion of the project. You will draw on your strong Human Resources and Analytical experience gained from working within transformation projects within matrix structured organisations.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Advise on Organisational Design
- HR Analytics – including use of new technologies
- Project Management
- Change Management
The successful candidate will have considerable experience working across organisational wide projects, be able to hit the ground running and have outstanding relationship building, coaching and influencing skills. You will also have a solutions-focused approach and deal with issues and change in a proactive, positive and dynamic way. You will be degree qualified in Business, Organisational Psychology and/or Human Resources and previous experience working with a remote workforce will be highly regarded.
