The Opportunity

Your new organisation is an iconic brand known for its customer focus and its market share. They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Organisational Capability Manager to join their team. This role will focus on driving organisational, team and individual capability along with development and performance within their customer experience and sales business unit.

Working alongside senior stakeholders, you will consult to the business in relation to functional capabilities and advise on capability needs and efficiencies. As a commercially astute professional you will be a consultative partner to business leaders to ensure relevant and effective capability solutions are scoped and delivered on to enable them to deliver to their business plan.

You

  • You will have worked in a large, complex organisation where you have focused heavily on improving performance and capability including functional capability and large-scale transformation.
  • Your key strengths will be your commercial acumen, analytical skills and your ability to influence and manage relationships with stakeholders.
  • You will have in-depth understanding of business drivers and the commercial impact of Learning and Development and the ability to work with leaders to agree appropriate strategies to close capability gaps and improve performance.
  • You will be resilient, solutions focused and a team player who can excel in a fast paced, agile and evolving environment.
