  • Great contract opportunity for a self motivated Order Analyst;
  • Will be a 5 day week until end of Jan 2021 with possibly of extension;
  • No traveling! Work from home for most of the contract;

About The Employer / Position:

We are working closely with well known suppliers of electronic equipment to some of the largest retailers in Australia and New. Zealand The business is looking at growth in double their numbers over the next 2 years. Don't miss the opportunity to become part of their growth.

Our client is looking for an Order Analyst to join their Supply Chain team on a long term contract. You will have the exciting opportunity to be part of upcoming product launches and key reseller relationships through our high selling season

Key Activities:

To achieve agreed to account specific service levels and metrics as well as to drive standard work (order/return entry, review, release for delivery, billing) in the most effective and efficient manner. You will interface with internal and external customers to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and customer purchase order requirements are understood and adhered to.

There will be a strong focus on identifying and resolving gaps in the order process and for driving cross functional improvement initiatives, including automation and cost saving. You will also be responsible for reporting on the health of the order fulfillment processes and sharing best practices. The role will need someone who is motivated around great customer experiences and continuous improvement.

The Focus Of This Role:

  • Attainment of order management Service Levels commitments to Accounts and Sales Management
  • Report on attainment of metrics to Management
  • Identify root cause of failures and apply systemic solutions
  • Increase automation of standard process through customer partnership
  • Drive and support continuous improvement for order management processes to reduce order support cost
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with Re-sellers, Distributors and other customers
  • Eliminate vendor violation fines/charge backs
  • Trouble shoot and resolve basic issues regarding order entry, billing, EDI, and/or Portal integration.
  • Share best practices to ensure system integrity and alignment throughout supported region
  • Allocation of inventory to sales plan
  • Participate in coaching discussions with others to facilitate growth.

You Will Ideal Have The Following Expertise:

  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel
  • Sales and Distribution, CRM SAP Modules or related Enterprise Software
  • Basic inventory management
  • Understanding of end to end order to cash and supply chain principles and requirements
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies


  • Bachelor degree required in Business/Supply Chain/ Operations (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
