About the role:
The Operations Officer role will support a team with operational, administrative and business support activities.
The role will be accountable for managing workflow and resources, preparing work areas and team plans as well as contributing to workforce and financial planning.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and deliver resource reporting across different work streams to ensure effective and efficient work allocation and prioritisation.
- Provide support to operational work streams including procurement, team events and recruitment.
- Provide support to projects across the organisation.
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the agency to deliver team needs.
- Provide secretariat support including:
- Review and process invoices.
- Process documentation.
- Booking of meetings, catering, and supporting meeting logistics.
- General ad hoc support.
Your profile will demonstrate:
- Experience in providing high level executive support and administration to senior management, as well as a wider team.
- Demonstrated experience with contract administration, risk management and mitigation.
- Ability to work autonomously and as well as part of a busy team.
- Experience maintaining strong relationships with a diverse network of stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Australian citizenship (mandatory).
