About your new role
The role of Regional Operations Manager is a crucial role within this organisation. You will be responsible for retention and growth across multiple locations. Mentoring, guiding and leading a team to ensure they are performing in line with the company standard.
-Location Perth inner suburbs
-Collaborate and share ideas with other skilled ROM’s
-Head office located in South Perth

What you will need to exceed
The successful applicant for this role will have previous experience managing compliments and reporting within a regulated industry. Maintain and implement quality across multiple sites. You must also be a people’s person building strong rapport with a number of stakeholders.
-Degree qualification in business, childcare, educator or simular
-Demonstrate previous management/leadership experience
-Must have knowledge and understanding of the Outside School Hours curriculum
-WA WWC working with children card
