About The Role:
As the Operations Manager for NSW, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations, managing teams, and ensuring that building materials are delivered efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and leveraging your expertise in concrete repairs and injection pumps to enhance operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of operations staff, ensuring a high level of performance and productivity. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and partners. Address any concerns and ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Utilize your expertise in concrete repairs to oversee and guide repair projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Apply your understanding of injection pumps to manage and troubleshoot equipment used in concrete repairs, ensuring proper operation and maintenance.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee various projects related to building materials, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices. Promote a safe working environment for all team members.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of successfully managing teams and engaging with stakeholders.
- A background in concrete repairs and an understanding of injection pumps. Experience with related equipment and techniques is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions and driving process improvements.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
