Operations Associate

They’re a reverse mortgage lender that specialises in helping individuals over 55 unlock the equity they have built up in their home. Your new Role
... - Develop smooth operational processes that support the business
- Run the day to day ‘middle office’ functions
- Ensure applications are complete and meet agreed criteria
- Checking accompanying documents such as customer identification, bank statements and title documents
- Assisting with various compliance and regulatory processes, such as KYC/AML, reporting, credit license
- Providing sales support, including sales funnel management, tracking and follow-up, where appropriate

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
- Interested in working in financial services
- Growth mindset with ability to build deep understanding of our products, systems and processes while demonstrating high emotional intelligence and care for our customers
- Solutions-focused, engaging and consultative team player with collaborative and supportive spirit
- As with any early stage business, bring an interest and aptitude to put your hand up for other tasks that arise
