Multiple opportunities within a Big 4 bank to join as an Operations Associate! Based in Redfern, you will be an integral part of their market operations team. This will commence as a 6 month temporary assignment with potential to go permanent. An excellent opportunity for those who have recently graduated with a demonstrated passion for banking and financial services or for those who have some experience in operations within financial services!

The Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Handling all investigations and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Efficiently processing applications
  • Promote a risk-management approach to all duties
  • Adhere to all compliance and regulatory frameworks

About You:

  • You have recently graduated, demonstrate commitment and drive and are seeking a career within banking or financial services
  • You have minimum 1 year within banking or financial services operations
  • You have a strong work ethic and are a team player
