We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager to join a leading Direct to Consumer Retail and e-commerce organisation with a well established presence in the Australian market. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager and managing a team of digital marketers and developers with the goal of achieving sales and GP growth. You will be driving the online shopping websites overarching digital strategy to achieve sales of a large variety of high quality products and brands.

The organisation has a Northern Sydney location, with onsite parking and modern offices. The company itself has a dynamic and exciting culture, with staff able to work autonomously ensuring the delivery of results.

The Role:

  • Drive & implement the online Marketing strategy which incorporates social, SEO & SEM, retargeting, acquisition & conversion as well as retention.
  • Build relationships with key partners and affiliates.
  • Strategically manage web content whilst consulting with all areas of the business.
  • Ensure research is ongoing so that the company can retain and increase its market lead.
  • Plan, brief, coordinate and execute all web content and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure that planning calendars match with online strategy and direction.
  • Ensure product range is varied to ensure customer acquisition is maximised.
  • Leadership of the digital marketing & development teams.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Online Marketing experience and a proven record in maximising sales in e-commerce environments.
  • Experience in leading high performing teams and driving excellence and team culture.
  • Ability to adapt and deliver profit within a fluid and fast paced environment.
  • Be decisive by nature and follow up with strong communication skills to convey vision to the team and stakeholders.
  • Personable and collaborative
  • Strong analytical abilities and the ability to monitor and adapt strategy in response to campaign effectiveness.
  • Have experience maintaining a consistent focus on customer research and experience.
