We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Online Marketeer for a leading client in the Appliance Wholesale business.

You will be responsible all website management and maintenance, updating the global websites, manage product database, writing, developing and editing content. Additionally you work on their SEM, eDM and PPC campaigns.

It is a broad digital role that will see you further develop your skills in digital marketing. Reporting to the General Marketing Manager you will work closely with the broader marketing team of 6 people.

Key Accountabilities

  • Website management and maintenance
  • Maintaining Group global websites - build & manage product database, writing, developing and editing content
  • Project management in website upgrades and development of marketing related portals
  • Develop training/process documents for internal/external stakeholders
  • Execution of digital marketing communication programs
  • Develop and execute regular email marketing programs
  • Development of online campaigns including email, search, display, affiliate and mobile
  • Ensure all online activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
  • SEO/SEM/Social Media – create content to drive traffic to the website and improve lead generation, online customer acquisition and retention.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  • Experience in digital and multichannel marketing
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent command of the English language with expert writing skills, editing and proof reading abilities
  • Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders in a busy, demanding professional environment
  • Digital marketing experience including content management, email Marketing management, SEO, SEM, Adwords, web analytics, basic HTML, CSS
  • Technical knowledge of web publishing and working with website content management systems
  • Mid-high level experience with Excel
  • Proven CRM experience within an online environment and have a detailed understanding of database segmentation.
  • Experience with Salesforce system
  • Knowledge of web and graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator, HTML
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience in analysing data to improve the effectiveness of digital activity and ROI of campaigns
