job description

Based on a FIFO in Wodgina this large companies focuses on the Oil and Gas, Water, Mining and Renewable Energy Sectors.

In this role you will be responsible for accurately updating, maintaining and administering OHS systems including procedures, registers, all OHS records (e.g. training, SDS registers, inductions, drug and alcohol testing, health and wellbeing), and any other systems as directed by the Project OHS Manager.

You will need to assist the OHS team in checking and ensuring all personnel have required and current licences, tickets and qualifications to do their jobs and training and site inductions

You will need:

  • A working knowledge of Safety Management Systems
  • Collation of weekly & monthly statistics for reporting
  • Current First Aid preferable
  • 2-3 years’ experience on site in this role
  • Onsite Drug & Alcohol testing certification preferable
  • General Safety Administration duties
  • Good IT skills particularly in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and database management.
