  • Varied Administration support role paying $41ph + super
  • Full time temp assignment for 6 months, with possible 6-12mth ext.
  • Based in the CBD near Central station (1 min walk)

The role:

This is a varied role within a Federal Government Agency based a 1 minute walk form Central station.

Your role will be to provide high quality & professional administration support for both HR, recruitment activities, project support.

Your duties may include:

  • Providethorough and effective support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting HR activities for the office, including
    • The onboarding process for new starters, organising appropriate paperwork and sign off
    • Office orientation / induction
    • Link to the corporate induction program
  • Management of office supplies, stationery, stock levels of engagement materials and publications.
  • Security Management:
    • Maintain staff security passes and photos, liaise with national Office Security Teams and security contractors.
  • Office mgmt. duties;
    • Reporting and following up of property issues,
    • Liaising with tradespeople and contractors.
    • Fire Warden/First Aid Officer/WHS Officer/ Diversity Officer liaison and management of processes.
  • Oversee the use of meeting rooms and associated equipment including video and teleconference.
  • Administrative support to National Office including supporting the Executive Assistants
  • Database management and email management (of a shared inbox)
  • Payment of invoices

Criteria:

  • Must be available to start in April 2019.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen.
  • Must have at least 2 years working in an Admin support role.
  • Highly preferred APS/government experience (not required).
  • Highly preferred experience using systems; TRIM and/or SAP.
