    Our Client:

    This company has excelled within the Recruitment sector for their specialised services to the Construction and Property industry. They are rapidly expanding offices across the globe, and have retained high-end clientele which has led them to have a strong reputation within the market. They are now looking for an Office Manager to join their fun, vibrant office on a permanent, full time basis.

    Your New Role:

    The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the office, along with a variety of different duties such as:

    • Receptionist duties such as answering calls, meeting/greeting clients and mail.
    • Ordering office supplies and groceries.
    • Organise travel arrangements and events.
    • Assist with onboarding new staff.
    • Support the consultants and wider team with administrative tasks.
    • Assist with Marketing and Social Media management.
    • Ensure the office is clean and tidy, adhering to WHS procedures.
