Your New Company

A fantastic opportunity has become available to join one a leading medical device organisation based in Macquarie Park. This well known and rapidly growing business is seeking a switched on Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your New Role

As the Office Manager, you will have the opportunity to take pride in managing and coordinating the office space, as well as provide direct administrative support to senior directors across the business. This is a varied role that will also assist the customer care team 1-2 days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the first point of contact on behalf of the organisation
  • Manage meeting rooms and assist with any event coordination and catering requests
  • Coordinate facilities such as stationar & stock orders, office maintenance requirements etc
  • Assist with allocating site access security passes, IT, laptops etc on behalf of the office
  • Ensure the overall cleanliness of the office is maintained, including meeting rooms, kitchen and the reception area
  • Assist the customer service team with customer enquiries and process orders

About You

To be successful for this role your profile should demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Office Coordinator, Office All-Rounder or Office Manager required
  • Strong rapport building skills
  • Articulate communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
